InstaPay is an electronic fund transfer (EFT) service that allows customers to transfer Php funds almost instantly between accounts of participating BSP-supervised banks and non-bank e-money issuers in the Philippines. The service is available 24x7, all year round.

Yes, all Sterling Bank of Asia account holders can use InstaPay to send and receive fund transactions to participating BSP-supervised banks and non-bank e-money issuers in the Philippines.

InstaPay is secure and complies with the security standards mandated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

There is no minimum amount in transferring funds, however, the maximum is up to Php 50,000.00 per transaction, as long as your source account has available balance.

There is no fee for receiving funds via InstaPay, however, every transaction, the sending fee is Php 15.00.

All active Sterling Bank of Asia Php savings and checking accounts can receive money using InstaPay except for prepaid card accounts.


To ensure that the InstaPay fund transfer will be successful, add two zeroes (00) in the beginning of your 12-digit Sterling Bank of Asia account number and another zero (0) before the 4 th digit.
