1. Download the Account Maintenance Request Form (AMRF).
2. Fill out the AMRF and prepare one (1) valid government-issued ID (original and a photocopy). See the list of acceptable IDs.
3. Go to any Sterling Bank of Asia branch to submit the completely filled out AMRF and a copy of your valid government-issued ID.
